1. About Our Service
Tameny is a cloud-based software platform for personal medical record organization and AI-assisted document summarization. We help users store, organize, and obtain plain-language summaries of their medical documents. Tameny is a software tool — we are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical service of any kind.
2. No Medical Advice
Tameny does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content and summaries generated by our AI are for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing on this platform should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified and licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before making any health-related decisions. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Credits and Billing
Tameny operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use AI-powered features such as document analysis. Credit prices and packages are shown on our pricing page. All purchases are final unless you qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund for unused AI credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details and how to submit a request.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Tameny to: (a) attempt to obtain a medical diagnosis or replace professional medical care; (b) upload documents that do not belong to you or your immediate family without authorization; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
Tameny and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tameny and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your uploaded documents remain your property at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tameny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated summaries. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
