Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Tameny. If you purchased AI credits and have not fully used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
What Is Refundable
Unused AI credits are refundable within 14 days of the original purchase date. A "used" credit is one that was consumed by an AI operation such as document analysis, Health Overview generation, or Visit Prep Sheet generation.
What Is Not Refundable
Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable. Purchases older than 14 days are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available for credits that were received as part of a promotional offer or free credit grant.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@tameny.app with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email address and the date of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
